You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use JadeWin. Age verification is required and underage accounts will be closed with funds returned where applicable.
Each player is permitted to hold one JadeWin account only. Duplicate accounts will result in suspension, forfeiture of bonuses, and possible permanent ban from the platform.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Standard rollover is 15x the bonus amount. Maximum bet during bonus activity is MYR 300 per round. Full terms apply.
Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Funds must be withdrawn via the same method used for deposit where possible. JadeWin targets processing within 30 minutes for e-wallets.
Fraud, bonus abuse, collusion, use of automated betting software, and any attempt to circumvent platform rules are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which JadeWin holds its operating licence. Disputes are subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules.
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms", "these Terms", or "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "the Player", "you", or "your") and JadeWin (hereinafter referred to as "JadeWin", "we", "us", or "our"), the operator of the online gambling and sports betting platform accessible at jadewin.cam (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform" or "the Website").
By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager through JadeWin's services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account.
These Terms apply to all users of the Platform, including players accessing JadeWin from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, and any other location. JadeWin's services are intended for entertainment purposes and are available exclusively to players who meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 below.

To register and maintain an Account with JadeWin, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:
To access JadeWin's Services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and preferred currency (MYR). You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to promptly update it should any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any other person. JadeWin will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your Account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security. You must notify JadeWin immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the Platform at any time. Players found to have opened duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using different email addresses, payment methods, or devices — will have all Accounts suspended. Any Bonus funds, pending withdrawals, or winnings derived from duplicate Accounts will be forfeited. JadeWin employs technical and procedural controls to detect multiple Account registrations.
JadeWin Accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals are processed and displayed in MYR. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of confirmed receipt.
You agree to use the JadeWin Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You shall not use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable laws, infringes the rights of third parties, or is contrary to these Terms. By using the Platform, you confirm that all funds deposited into your Account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from illegal activity.
JadeWin grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content or software.
JadeWin's Platform is accessible via standard web browsers on desktop and mobile devices. JadeWin is not responsible for any inability to access the Platform arising from your device, internet connection, or browser configuration. The Platform is optimised for Android and iOS mobile browsers and requires a stable internet connection for uninterrupted play, particularly in live dealer and in-play betting environments.
JadeWin endeavours to maintain Platform availability of 99.8% measured on a monthly basis. However, we reserve the right to suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the Platform for maintenance, upgrades, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, or internet service disruptions. JadeWin will not be liable for any losses resulting from Platform unavailability provided we have acted reasonably.
JadeWin accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrencies including USDT (TRC20), Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Litecoin (LTC). JadeWin reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
The minimum deposit is MYR 50 for e-wallet methods (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and MYR 100 for bank transfers (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank) and FPX/DuitNow. Cryptocurrency minimum deposits are as follows: USDT TRC20 — MYR 30 equivalent; Ethereum — MYR 50 equivalent; Litecoin — MYR 40 equivalent; Bitcoin — MYR 100 equivalent. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and player tier.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. JadeWin targets processing of e-wallet withdrawals (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 15–30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank are typically processed same day. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are typically completed within 30–60 minutes depending on network confirmation times. JadeWin does not guarantee withdrawal times and reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence checks where required.
All withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players must provide a valid government-issued identity document confirming age and identity. For cryptocurrency withdrawals, players must confirm ownership of the destination wallet address. JadeWin reserves the right to request additional documentation including proof of address, source of funds declarations, or payment method verification. Withdrawals will be withheld pending satisfactory completion of all required checks.
Where technically feasible, JadeWin will process withdrawals via the same payment method used for the original deposit. Where this is not possible, JadeWin will coordinate an alternative payment channel with the Player. JadeWin does not process withdrawals to third-party bank accounts or payment instruments not registered to the Account holder.
All promotional offers and bonuses made available by JadeWin are subject to these General Bonus Terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these General Bonus Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to a Player's Account are subject to a wagering requirement of 15 times (15x) the bonus amount before the bonus or any winnings derived from the bonus may be withdrawn. For example, a bonus of MYR 200 requires MYR 3,000 in total qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.
While a bonus is active in a Player's Account, the maximum permissible bet per round, spin, or hand is MYR 300. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, at JadeWin's sole discretion.
Not all games contribute equally towards satisfying wagering requirements. The standard contribution rates are as follows: Slot games — 100%; Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, sic bo) — 10%; Lottery and Keno — 5%; Sports betting — 20%. Specific promotions may specify alternative contribution rates, which will override these defaults.
Unless specified otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days from the date of activation. Any unconverted bonus balance and associated winnings remaining at expiry will be removed from the Player's Account without notice. It is the Player's responsibility to monitor their bonus status and expiry date.
JadeWin employs automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns, including but not limited to: low-variance play solely to clear wagering requirements, exploitation of bonus terms through coordinated play, opening multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, and any other activity that JadeWin reasonably determines to be in bad faith. Confirmed bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of the bonus and winnings, and may result in permanent Account closure.
All bets and wagers placed through JadeWin's sports betting platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market. These rules are published on the Platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. JadeWin reserves the right to void bets placed in error, at incorrect odds, or as a result of a system malfunction.
JadeWin offers betting markets on a wide range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, NBA, and others. All in-play (live) betting odds are subject to rapid change and JadeWin does not guarantee that any odds displayed will remain available until confirmation is received. Bets are not confirmed until a bet confirmation reference number is displayed.
Mix Parlay (accumulator) bets require a minimum of three selections. In the event that one or more legs of a Mix Parlay is voided (for example, due to a postponed match), the bet will be recalculated as if the voided selection had not been included. All remaining legs must be correct for the bet to be a winner. Mix Parlay winnings are calculated by multiplying the stake by all individual selection odds.
JadeWin's live casino games — including baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger, and sic bo — are conducted by independent live dealer studios with certified random outcomes. In the event of a technical disconnection during a live game, your bet will be settled in accordance with the outcome of the round. JadeWin is not responsible for internet connectivity issues on the Player's side.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or any circumstance that renders a game or bet result unreliable, JadeWin reserves the right to void the affected rounds or bets and refund stakes to the Player's Account. JadeWin's decision in these circumstances is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the JadeWin Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent exclusion from the Platform:
All content on the JadeWin Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, game content, databases, and interface design, is the intellectual property of JadeWin or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted no right, title, or interest in any Platform content beyond the limited personal use licence set out in Section 5.2.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, publish, transmit, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any JadeWin intellectual property without prior written authorisation from JadeWin. Unauthorised use of JadeWin's brand name, logo, or Platform content constitutes infringement and JadeWin reserves all rights to pursue appropriate remedies.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JadeWin, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
JadeWin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under or in relation to these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit JadeWin's liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by JadeWin's negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation by JadeWin; or (c) any other matter for which liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting JadeWin's support team via live chat or email. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, JadeWin will process any eligible outstanding withdrawals and close the Account within 5 business days. Self-exclusion requests will be processed immediately and take effect within 24 hours.
JadeWin reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; KYC failure; inactivity for a period exceeding 12 months; or any other circumstance where JadeWin reasonably believes it is necessary to protect the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other players.
Upon Account closure, all outstanding real money balances that are not subject to a dispute, investigation, or withholding will be refunded to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. Bonus balances and any winnings subject to incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited upon Account closure unless the closure is at JadeWin's instigation without cause.
JadeWin reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, JadeWin will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JadeWin holds its operating licence. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration institution.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, JadeWin reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm. Nothing in this section shall prevent a Player from raising a complaint with the relevant regulatory authority in their jurisdiction.
